Marie Maddalena Chi Chun Chan Memorial Scholarships
Purpose
Janet Y. Murray, Ph.D. and Russell H. Murray tender the sum of $2,000 and pledge a total of $10,000 to the University of Missouri – St Louis for the purpose of establishing two annual scholarships. The scholarships, valued at $1,000 each, will be awarded by the University for the next five years, starting with 2009-2010 academic year and ending with the 2013-2014 academic year. The scholarships will assist students in pursuing International Business at the University.Scholarship Criteria
International Business Institute will select the recipients in accordance with the written rules and regulations of the Office of Student Financial Aid at UM-St Louis. Students must apply online and have the application submitted to Jane Farrel at jane_farrel@umsl.edu.The criteria for the scholarships areA. Recipients must be either junior or senior level students registered in the College of Business Administration pursuing a degree in International Business.
B. Recipients must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 to be eligible for these scholarships.
C. Scholarships are renewable as long as recipients maintain required GPA requirements and at the discretion of the International Business Institute.
