Each summer, one or two faculty members at the University of Missouri - St. Louis lead a summer study tour in a foreign country*. The summer study tour is an intensive two-week study abroad program structured to allow students to learn about both the business and the culture of a foreign country. During the tour, students will usually visit companies, visit government organizations, participate in culture activities, as well as participate in classroom activities. After completion, students will receive 3 credit hours and fulfill the international experience requirement for International Business majors. In past years, we successfully organized study tours to Austria, Thailand, Germany, Japan, and China.
The Japan Study Tour will be offered again in 2018.
